Making it Happen

Our “No Limits- No Boundaries” leadership program is designed to create the blueprint for youth to become managers of their dreams and aspirations.  The leadership program shares the vision of our Celebrate Life partners to have societies that will educate youth to be responsible citizens who will be dependable employees, responsible parents, trustworthy executives, role modeling educators, honorable politicians, compassionate entrepreneurs, and local community visionaries.  We are committed to imparting life principles to reach thegoal of an increase in the pursuit of higher education, test scores and school attendance, and a decline in cheating, teen violence, and drug and alcohol use.   Students begin each session with hot breakfast served by mentors and volunteers.  The rest of their day is focused onfun and interactive modules structured to build strong character and on developing “career smarts."  Participants in the program learn to implement concrete tools to develop effective communication skills, career strategies, and self-marketing techniques.
